At MALEX MAINTENANCE LTD, we recently completed the full replacement of a failing flat roof that was causing moisture damage in the top-floor room. The solution: a fully reinforced fibreglass (GRP) roofing system designed for long-term protection.

This project involved:
• Full removal of the old, deteriorated roof
• Installation of a new structural base using tongue-and-groove plywood
• Detailed edge preparation with specialised GRP trims
• Application of fibreglass resin and mesh
• Two layers of durable grey top coat for a seamless, long-lasting finish
The result is a watertight, low-maintenance fibreglass roof built to last—using materials designed to perform for at least 25 years.
